ONLY 2022 PAID FULL VOTING MEMBERS & FULL VOTING CORPORATE MEMBERS are allowed to submit nominations and vote on the 2023 TOPPS Executive Board.
If you want to get ahead of the game and send your nominations in prior to October 1st your more than welcome to do so. Michelle has made an excel spreadsheet to keep track of the nominations sent. Text Messages, Phone Calls and word of mouth will not count. Please email Michelle that way everything is in writing, and she is able to keep an accurate count. The TOPPS Clear Lake Members voted at the General Meeting on Friday, August 5, 2022 to nominate and vote this way for 2023.

Tuesday, November 1st an email survey will be sent out with the list of nominees for the Executive Board Positions. Our 2022 TOPPS Secretary Michelle will be the one that oversees this.
